be able to adjust the dimensions of the output video. My PowerPoint slides are 16:9 and not the usual 4:3 so I'd like an out put of, say 720x405, and the drop-down menu of output choices does not accomodate that.

increase the number of video sizes. The higest is only 520x576

i would like to see more color in it as it has quite dull GUI. and also there is lack of finishing as it looks a bit old.

HD is 1280 by 720 this should be an option in your software. Either that or let us put in a custom dimension.

Add the ability to use your microphone as a sound-source. This would be especially useful when recording the selected file so you could add narration
